Nissan Melts Consumer Hearts

A reader and dear friend shared this ad with me today:

Do-good-feel-good, cause marketing AND cute, cuddly things!

It's quite an emotional-advertising punch.

And while the ethics, the science, and the psychological bribery might all be questionable, it is without a doubt highly effective:

I will forever get warm fuzzy feelings about Nissan.

Like it?

  1. I don't get it...animals that are taken away from their natural habitats will instinctively come to Nissan owners and cozy up to them? what are they trying to portray?

  3. Polar bears are my favouritest animals. But yeah, I don't really get it either-- does he trek all across to hug the guy? But his home is wrecked? :S I'm not quite sure about this one!

  4. @theOne: LoL. That's "I", the average consumer.

@tanvi/anonymous: I'm assuming maybe he treks back home after? But they're definitely being a bit unethical with this whole thing, if you ask me...
