the Bad

A half serving of vegetable for dinner? Mixed in with all the wonderful processed Kraft Dinner ingredients?

And when compared to the regular Kraft Dinner,
KD Smart has:
12% more saturated fat
9% more sodium
12% more sugar
4% less protein

(Thank you Weighty Matters for the information)

  2. They delivered a free box of these to my house months ago. I was kind of disturbed by the whole "cauliflower that tastes like KD" concept to be honest. I decided to google it as I often love to do with random products that I'm considering trying and came across this: http://www.weightymatters.ca/2010/05/badvertising-kd-smart-thinks-youre-kd.html

So gross. And a little misleading. :/

  3. Anyone who thinks they're doing their kids a favour by feeding them anything from a box and a sachet of bright yellow powder, frankly, deserves to be fat. Nothing justifies eating Kraft Dinner, even if it were made from flax seed wrapped in tree bark.
